Hugh Laurie returns as the perpetually cranky, yet consistently brilliant, Dr. House, in the fourth season of the multi-award-winning medical drama. Having dismissed Chase and seen Foreman and Cameron quit his team House must try to rebuild his staff. To this end he begins a competition between forty applicants and attempts to narrow them down to find those fit to work alongside him. Guest stars in the fourth season include star of The Hurt Locker Jeremy Renner, and Oscar winner Mira Sorvino.
